In continuing this week's tradition of posting random links, here's my links for the day related to O/R mapping:

Vietnam of Computer Science
More on that
One possible solution

Completely unrelated is this performance comparison of JBossCache and Terracotta.

I would comment on these articles, but at the moment time is lacking...

It would seem as if this blog is becoming more of a browser favorites storage engine than anything...oh well.

by the way, joe blog is entertaining. also, what is big and grey and pointless? that's right, an irrelefant!

by the way, i'd leave more comments about stuff, but 1) they'd all be like that and 2) that thing about my page layout really cut deep. by the way, i'm changing it back. not because you said so, but because i decided i hated it, too, of my own free will, and not out of some adolescent notion that changing my blog back to how it was will make me cool. actually, i did it to appease my angered readers, all both of them. also, i was going for the record number of commas in a sentance, but came nowhere close with that.

you should post more stuff about how you're cold and dead inside, or about things that confuse and anger you. that would be greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. (that was my impression of darth lumberg from office space wars. and that was also my impression of darth tony the darth tiger, who should say "something something something dark side. something something something they're greaaaaaaaat whenever possible." ok, i think this has gone on long enough.

which means one more paragraph will only make it better. that reminds me--i'm supposed to be working, so i should just go ahead and call dr. hiebert, because it'd be not very easy to write a feature on him without actually talking to him. plus, i kind of miss the olden days, when i knew stuff about science and learned more stuff about science and still thought i would use my science knowledge in my jorb. oh well.
